Yes! Let us explain. For example, one cleaner charging $40/hour comes to your home and cleans for 4 hours. 4 hours x $40/hour = $160.00 total. Two cleaners clean faster than one. $40/hour per cleaner x 2 hours = $160.00 total for the same amount of work.
We offer a 10% Senior Discount, a 5% First Responder/Military Discount as well as a $5 off/hour Referral Discount. Discounts cannot be combined - the best applicable discount will be given.
Become a client and love our service? Refer a friend to us, and once they commit to at least one clean with us you will both receive a $5 off/per hour discount for one clean.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, as much notice as you can give is always appreciated. But we understand sometimes things happen and last minute notice unavoidable. There is no fee for canceling. If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will give you as much notice as humanly possible.
We are more than happy to wear a mask if you'd like us too! Let us know your preference in advance and we will come fully prepared. We are also fully vaccinated. Your safety is our priority.
We bring all our own cleaning products, rags, mops and our own vacuum. If you have a specialty product you want used, please let us know prior to cleaning. You will need to provide any special products for your home. All we need from you is garbage bags to replace emptied bins and throw away other garbage.
We're always mixing it up, looking for the best products for the job - but we have a list of products we're going steady with. If you have any concerns or questions about specific products - please let us know!
We don't blame you - we don't like strangers in our house either! We're a small company where the owners are the employees. The pair you meet during the consult is the pair that will be cleaning your home every time guaranteed.
It's your house, we won't ask you to leave - that would be rude! Some clients are never home when we clean, some work from home and ask us to accommodate that situation. Others it may vary from time to time. As long as we can clean what needs to be cleaned, and you're happy - that's all that matters to us.
Of course! Key, garage code, door code. Whatever you're comfortable with. All keys or codes to homes are stored safely in our office.
We don't ask for payment upfront, after we finish we let you know the price and ask for payment then. We accept cash, check and e-transfer. E-transfer is the easiest and more preferred form of payment.
Unfortunately we are not taking new regular clients at this time, our schedule is at capacity. We are working to add additional spaces for regular weekly and biweekly clients. We are happy to meet with you for a free consult and provide a quote should you wish to be put on a waitlist.
